RESPONSIBILITIES

Review scope of
construction documents, take of materials, calculate labor, and prepare
bids and sales proposals.
·
Follow up bids
and proposals to negotiate sale of project.
·
Manage project
administration through completion; including the purchasing of materials,
and the submittal process.

REQUIREMENTS
|
|
·
Minimum of 3-5
years experience.
·
Proficient at
reading construction documents.
·
Excellent
organizational and customer service skills.
·
Ability to
handle simultaneous projects and prioritize tasks.
·
Proficient with
Microsoft Office applications.
